TGM was established in 1997 by co-founders and co-owners Keith & Sue Ellis. Since their very first purchase order (from a National PLC retailer), their joint vision and ultimate aim was to always exceed Client’s expectations and to never cut corners. Keith and Sue built up the Company to where it is today, wanting to produce an honest Company that could be passed down for generations. They achieved their dream when in July 2014 the Board of Directors appointed Managing Director Brett Ellis.
Over the years we have experienced huge changes in safety legislation as well as the changeable economic climate. These situations have been challenging but we have survived and are stronger as a result. That TGM has continued to grow despite these challenges is testament to the strength and solidity of the Company.
Our high standards have resulted in many quality and safety accreditations.
Over the years, TGM have employed and retained a group of talented & experienced personnel. We are proud of our team and their achievements, goals, and qualifications. We are also delighted that we have many employees that have been with us for 10+ years.
Continuing with co-founders Keith and Sue’s aims. TGM’s Managing Director Brett has many ideas to take the Company to new realms. With unique skills he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. Having already made remarkable changes to the technology used and number of contracts that we work on. TGM board members are excited at what Brett will bring in the future.
Working alongside Brett is our Finance Director, Samantha Williams. Samantha is Keith’s eldest daughter and has been with the Company since the inception. She too has a wealth of experience and her role in supporting Brett enhances the way we work and maintains a high standard of delivery from all of our employees.
